Cake Care Guide

Navy cupcake.png

Here is some advice on how to take care of your cake once I have handed it over to you.

❖ When collecting your cake, please make sure to hold it underneath, from the base of the box. Do not hold the sides as this will damage the decoration.

❖ Wrap up warm because you will need the air conditioning on in your car. My cakes are made with buttercream, which means no heating please as they will melt!

❖ The best place for your cake whilst on route, is on the passenger side floor in your car.

❖ When you arrive home place your cake in the fridge and remove it about 30 minutes - 1 hour before serving. This allows the buttercream to soften and become a much nicer texture.

Please note: Once the cake is handed over to you, it is then your responsibility. Please understand that I will not be held responsible for any damage that may be caused after collection or delivery.
